“Great hotel and restaurant, highly recommend”
The best

We booked the family room for 3 nights for myself, my wife and my 3 kids (9yo, 6yo and 1.5yo) and we absolutely loved it! Room was very clean, spacious and quiet and it had a bath and a shower! Plus there is an outdoor swimming pool that we all enjoyed. I recommend booking the car park - which offers free EV chargers - during your reservation as it’s cheaper online. We had our final lunch at the restaurant which was amazing, service, food and drinks, very affordable as well! Only downside of the hotel was location, not so many things to do around and a bit far from the metro (about 20min walk). Overall great experience, highly recommend!

- Breakfast is the most awful. Detergent smell in orange juice… Spider in grapes, No good coffee and staff nor really friendly. All in all not a good experience. - Gym is at 1,5 km distance🤣 (you just get there in you are already done+ 10 Euros per day access) Swimming pool is a big bathtube - Charging station for EVs 2 out of 4 working at a very low Ampers. - Location very far from Bilbao…

“A lovely comfy hotel...”
The best

The staff were very helpful and very friendly..the pool area was lovely with comfy area for dining outdoors...and the lifeguard Julie was very friendly and helpful. Overall it is a lovely hotel.
