There was no food service, either breakfast or dinner available in this hotel.... Not expecting that situation when the prices for dinner and breakfast are quottedin the hotel information. Very disappointed after a 5hr drive from Santander that we had to go out searching for refreshments. No staff on duty after 8pm. Entry was by door code only. The room itself, whilst adequate in size and furnishings, was stifling and the air conditioning refused to be turned down lower than 27.5°c. A rather uncomfortable night.

To be improved

Catering was non-existent and there were no vending machines to compensate for the complete lack of refreshments. Very poor ...

The location was good and there was safe garage parking at a good rate

The bed was uncomfortable and lacked any clean blankets. The restaurant was not open. The cafeteria was cold, uncomfortable and poor . The menu was very poor. We had to eat I. The Chinese restaurant next door. Not very Spanish

We had a light breakfast in the hotel’s bar/cafe. The member of stsff was helpful and efficient. We require private parking which the hotel has.
