“Welcoming and helpful hosts”

We needed somewhere to stay very last minute, with a check-in time of almost 11pm. We were able to book easily and the staff were readily available and helpful upon our arrival. They were able to swap our room (we only found a twin online to book but they had doubles available) and were genuinely very welcoming. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bathroom was a superb size. The blackout blinds were great and the room ambience was perfect for our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to meet a Ukrainian gentleman at the reception—it was such a nice and comforting experience to communicate in my native language. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're booking last-minute like I did—I reserved my room just this morning, and everything went smoothly.
