“Disappointed big time”

The best

Right next to the beach which was only good thing. Parking is 3-400meters away! Got a ticket outside for €40 euros on top of the disappointing room and bed.

To be improved

Was expecting a sea view got a tiny dated room with no view at all just a roof window in bathroom. Room was on the side no privacy. Can hear every step and creak. Didn’t enjoy at all, mattress was no good uncomfortable old. Feel I got scammed, was a dated low end room

Location and view was awesome. Lots of food options just downstairs and awesome sunset !

To be improved

The shower lacks privacy. I was travelling with a friend and the glass pane between shower and room is not completely transparent but allows for the person in the room to see everything. It would be great if this could allow for more privacy.

“Small friendly hotel”

The best

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June and upon check-in we were provided with some very helpful information and recommendations for restaurants and where to visit in Donostia. Parking outside and around is now limited to only 3 hours maximum stay from 9am to 6pm so we parked in the Kurdall car park for €20 per night which is payable in the hotel. It's a 2 Star hotel and we had no complaints with the cleanliness, location and the basic continental breakfast choice. Tomás

“We had a wonderful stay in San Sebastián and the position was brilliant”

The best

Clean and tidy, fantastic position on the beach and ideal for the sunsets. The lady receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful, room was comfortable enough, breakfast adequate, help with parking was appreciated and actually easy, not too arduous walk into the old town

To be improved

Well obviously anything in San Sebastián is more expensive than anywhere else in Spain - by some way the most expensive hotel on our tour, and not the best. But on balance it’s good point outweigh the others
