what a great little gem this place is right in heart of old Benidorm breakfast was excellent full English and a lovely rooftop bar with great views dee dee and rest of the staff were lovely and helpful would defenetly come back here in future

Not a great experience. My first solo trip, I knew the hotel as I’d visited the roof top bar many times with my husband. The hotel was basic, but fine, clean, lovely white huge fluffy towels. Breakfast was good, the coffee was lovely. The first night was ok, noisy, but I expected that, I knew the position of the hotel. The second night was absolute hell. I’d been out with friends & was sound asleep, woken up at 02,30 by swearing, shouting, screaming & running about, which went on til around 05.00. Being on my own I was too terrified to go out & investigate, the phone in the room didn’t work & someone hammered on my door. By 05.00 I’d given up trying to sleep. When I went down to breakfast it was the talk of the hotel, no one had got any sleep & most people were complaining. None of us could understand why reception hadn’t intervened. Too much for me, I left a night early & went & booked myself into RH Canfali, absolute bliss. I won’t stay there again.

Very bad experience, first night very nosey next door banging on every door to find there friends, swearing and shouting till 5-00am. The rest off the week wasn't much better considering it is adults only more nosey than a kindergarten, came down to get breakfast on the Friday and got refused because we were leaving at 7-45am and breakfast starts at 8-30am. So will not be staying there again. 0/10 is my review.

Just returned from our 2nd stay here. It’s a cheap hotel in the centre of the Old Town. We were in Room 50 right next to the lift, so it was noisy, but I had earplugs which worked perfectly, and blocked out the noise. The room is clean, had a kettle and a small balcony and was perfect for 2 of us. Yes the glass collection is noisy, yes the lift is noisy, but comfy bed, cleaned every day, good shower, lovely people, nice breakfasts with great coffee and a fantastic rooftop bar. Will always try this hotel first

Where to start… We went to this hotel with an open mind. Coming in the hotel was okay and we got a good welcome. Once we got to the room that’s where the problems started. We had a room overlooking the front terrace which was soo noisy from people, this went on until about 3 in the morning. There was also a horrendous glass recycle plant just outside the front of the hotel that was emptied throughout the night, if you like sleep don’t stay here (I appreciate all people don’t go to Benidorm to sleep). The bathroom was so small when you sit down on the toilet your feet are in the shower. Air con leaks and was dripping on my head throughout the night, I’m lucky I didn’t catch legionnaires disease. Moved hotels after one night, tried to resolve the issue with reception but was told there was no rooms free. Was waiting for the manager and I’m guessing if I was still there I’d still be waiting. Moved hotels after one night and requested a refund. Again, it’s been six months and I’ve had no response to my email. Had to pay for two hotels during my trip. Avoid. There’s cheap and cheerful and then there’s The Queens. Rooftop bar is nice.

Perfect location right at tapas alley, 2 min walk to the shops or the beach. Room was absolutely spotless. Beds were really comfy and shower was great. Cleaners were in every day. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were really nice and very helpful. Roof top bar was nice but really busy. Only bad things we found was the balcony was tiny and there was a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We found if we kept the door shut we couldn't smell it in the room. Will 100% be going back and have already booked for April.
