“We loved visiting Mérida and appreciated many aspects of the Rambla Emérita but would have preferred staying at a place”

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. It was simple but adequate.

To be improved

We were disconcerted that there was no one on staff at the hotel. There was a passcode to get in from the street. All worked out fine during our stay, but had I realized that there was never a person onsite I would not have booked it.
