Hotel Real Segovia

We stayed at the Hotel Real Segovia for 2 nights in May 2025. The hotel is on a pedestrian street so we opted for valet parking at €18/night which let us drop off the car about 50m away, unpack and then the car was removed to an offsite car park until we needed it again. The location is in easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the city - the Alcazar is 15 minutes one way and the Aquaduct 10 minutes the other, with the walls, Jewish quarter, cathedral etc being in between. The rooms are a good size and modern with plenty of sockets, good wifi and a desk and a kettle too! The bathrooms were lovely with a bath included, even in the standard rooms. We opted fpr breakfast both mornings rather than walking elsewhere and it was a varied selection with cooked as well as buffet options for €12. Service was friendly and efficient throughout our stay.

It was said to have an arrangement with a parking. This is totally untrue. We had to pay 18 euros/day and walk 15 minutes to the hotel in the middle of the night with a baby and luggage... They were supposed to have a temporary parking lot to unload the luggage but it was unreachable. All this information was made available only once the hotel was booked

Globally not very welcoming. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was very bad for a 4 star hotel ! We would have had better food at Granier in the same street! Globally disappointed for a 4 star, I would rate it 3 stars. We would most probably not come back .

Great location within walking distance to all the top attractions in Segovia. It has the feel of a merchant's grand residence of the late 19th century. Very helpful staff. Love the painting in the entrance hall. The hotel is spotless with quiet bedrooms. Spectacular stairwell, if you suffer from vertigo don't look down from the top floor. Super 360 views of Segovia from the rooftop terrace. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel. Good size rooms and lovely bathroom. Two person shower (two showers). Great views. Location is excellent and in main street of town. So walking distance to all the main places of interest. It’s in a pedestrian zone but taxi drop off is a very short walk. Good price too for a good room. Can recommend this hotel as great choice for visiting Segovia.

The apartments are well equipped and well decorated. It makes you feel at home. The price is fair and worth it. The location is privileged, right at the commercial street. Furthermore, the entire staff is kind and helpful. Additionally, I requested a taxi to reach the city. Antonio, the driver, made sure the trip was safe and pleasant.
