Breakfast was great. Big servings , fresh orange juice and good coffee. Huge bowls of muesli and yoghurt! Hotel is right in the centre of the old town and close to tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, eg allowed me to store luggage gratis.

The best

Received a message when my room was ready, but it was missing check-in instructions. No one answered the phone when I called from the front door.

To be improved

No check-in staff, bartender next door had me waiting a long time to get checked in, asked for a sello but was told there weren't any. Then arrived at the room, which smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. Shower stall was cramped and uncomfortable. Not sound-insulated. Didn't really have anything in the room to justify the €162 price point.
