The best

Staff were very lovely and helpful; especially the hijabi woman at the kitchen (not sure if her name was Fatima or Khadija), she was so helpful along with her colleagues.

To be improved

The location is far from city centre; and the problem is there are no public transportation to get you to the hotel. Additionally, the heating system took awhile to heat up the room.
