Terrible Experience – I Do Not Recommend This Hotel at All This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. We had difficulty entering the hotel, as we were directed to use a side entrance instead of the main entrance. When we arrived at the reception area, it was dark and poorly maintained. We were greeted by an elderly man who did not speak English and only communicated through hand gestures. His attitude was unfriendly and tense, as if he was ready to argue with us. The room was dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were visibly angry and treated us poorly, showing no willingness to help or be polite. When we returned to the hotel at 11 PM, we found it locked. After knocking on the door, an angry staff member eventually came out. He took a long time to open the door and let us in while clearly annoyed. Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — not even if the stay were free.
