The hotel room was comfortable and clean, with a good shower. Secure bike storage was also good.

To be improved

We had an evening meal in the restaurant, it was not too good, we did not have breakfast as a result. The wifi was very slow.

The best

We wanted a hotel for one night near Ordizia to visit the market there. The Zelaa was fit for purpose. It was clean and comfortable, a reasonable price and we had free parking. Very close to the small town of Zaldibia (nice restaurants) and Ordizia.

To be improved

It was fine. Surprised to see it beside a roundabout - but that's all really.

“Comfortable and great value if you need just a place to sleep.”
The best

Good location near the A-1 motorway for a stop-over by car on our way back to France. Free parking. Spacious comfortable and modern fitted rooms. Perfect for a good night of sleep after a long drive.

To be improved

Check-in was a bit chaotic due to our late arrival. The receptionist managed the reception and the bar at the same time. Initially the hotel charged us more than the reservation made on booking, but this mistake was corrected the next morning during check-out.
