Such a hotel. It definitely deserves a five star review. It's right in the centre of Seville. We asked for a quiet room and got one. The place is spotless and well cared for. The buffet breakfast is outstanding. Thanks Daniel. He always has a big smile and welcome. Miriam in reception is also very kind and helpful. Everyone is really. I very seldom post reviews but just had to.

What a pleasure staying in this hotel--perfect location, comfortable rooms, and genial staff. Each and every person was terrific---Miguel, Adrian, Yanet, Manme, and those whose names I did not get as well. Each went out of their way to provide excellent service. Thank you.

This hotel is perfectly located within a short walk of the Cathedral and Alcazar, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. . . .The hotel itself is super with such great staff, all of whom speak perfect English and cannot be more helpful. They send a welcome gift of a bottle of champagne to the room which was a lovely surprise. Breakfasts are very good and the rooftop bar is lovely for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Highly recomend this hotel.

Superbly located in the city - everything within walking distance. Spacious bedroom, starkly minimal in style but comfortable. Bathroom design okay, but toiletries only supplied in annoying packets. Cleaning and bar staff friendly, but Desk staff surly and not especially helpful. On check-out, no offer to assist with suitcase, and no asking how our stay was. Pool not in use: no prior notice of this, and no apology.

Stayed here for 6 nights with breakfast. The hotel location is superb very walkable to all the main attractions. Hotel was VERY clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great lots to choose from to suit everyone. We were offered complimentary drinks on the rooftop terrace which was a nice gesture. Lost a star due to the hotel not communicating when checking in and out. We checked into a room with no air conditioning in the new part of the hotel. We informed staff we were expecting air-con per the booking and they offered to move us. Secondly the pool was out of action with no prior update and not mentioned on check in. When checking out we wasn’t asked if we enjoyed our stay or a see you again. Overall great stay but small issues that should be addressed if a 4 star hotel.

Just back from a three day stay exploring beautiful Sevilla. The hotel is really well situated in walking distance to most of the places you'd want to see. Although we didn't tell the hotel it was my birthday treat, we came back late from a special meal and cocktails in the hotels sky bar to find a bottle of bubbly and 2 glasses in our room, with birthday wishes. They'd got the date from my passport and responded in such a lovely way. Little things like this make a lot of difference.
