“Very poor”
“The worst experience ever. Should not be advertised as a hotel it is a refugee camp”
absolutely nothing except maybe the lady in the bar/restaurante that tried to help
Everything. Arrived to find the hotel is being used by the red cross as a refugee camp. For the remainder of the day and evening the entire hotel was full of refugees. all the chairs outside, hanging ut of there windows, music from their mobiles, playing football in the so called car park, etc.The quality of the rooms are poor. There was no bar as advertised or restraurante. Nothing open at all until 8 in the evening and only then a very poor buffet is all that is on offer. The refugee camp/hotel is right next to the motorway no options of anything else other than a petrol station. A terrible experience that should be fully reimbursed and no longer advertised as an option of a hotel for your website.
