“Very helpful staff”
The best

Staff welcoming. I have mobility problems and booked a garden view room but it had steps down to it (Which i was unaware of). So the receptionist says it was not suitable for me,so he organised another garden view room with no steps. I thought this was very kind and helpful.Will return next time we go up north.

To be improved

Breakfast was hit and miss for us.

“Everything was good · Cons: The towels can be changed only once every two days. As we stayed here only three days(two nights), we had to use wet towels at the second and third(the last) day. Also, there is no towels warmer in the bathroom”

“Great hotel!”
The best

Excellent hotel in the city center. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bus station are within walking distance. The hotel is not big, but very clean and green. Very attentive staff. Special thanks for the delicious food. I really liked everything. There is a very beautiful beach with black sand nearby. I definitely recommend it, 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

“Good value. Big comfortable room”

Room only which is what we wanted..the hotel is central and clean though rooms could do with a deep clean. Having said that the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the fan was welcome
