“Overpriced for what it is”
The best

Great location very close to the beach. The size of the balcony was bigger than expected with a sun lounger.

To be improved

The pool pictures are extremely misleading. Both pools are very very small with zero atmosphere. The rooftop bar was closed. Breakfast is until 10:30, I sat at a table at 10:10, when about 70% of the restaurant was empty. The waitress very rudely made me move because I was alone at a big table. I get it, if they need it for larger groups or if she had asked me kindly. I’ve never had such a weird & rude experience. Overall this hotel is not worth the money, big disappointment.

The staff really made you feel at home; they were so polite snd helpful in every aspect. The amenities were great and location wise couldn’t get better. Highly recommend!

“Highly recommend- 5th Hotel I’ve stayed at in Gandia and the best so far - will revisit”
The best

This 3 Star Hotel is really borderline 4 star in several respects. The food and the staff most notably. The staff were all extremely helpful and informative and a bottle of complimentary water on arrival and departure was a lovely touch - not expensive but really thoughtful and practical.

To be improved

Nothing we didn’t like - bigger pools and outside space would have been nice but I think with those the Hotel probably pushes itself into 4 Star and higher prices. As is usual in Spain - food is often not served hot but a handy microwave is available if you want to heat up your food.
