“Strange experience”
The best

The resident puppy and the shower. I don't want to leave a negative review because it's possible that COVID has had an impact & we stayed out of season. The restaurant wasn't open at all but as there were only 4 guests I don't think it was unreasonable. The air con looked brand new & it looked like the room had recently had new windows & been decorated. Top marks to housekeeping, the room & bathroom were spotless. Although the furniture was a bit 'retro' it didn't really bother us. The bedside lamp didn't work & a bulb in the main light needed replacing. What was slightly weird was on Sunday there didn't seem to be anyone there at all - the bar wasn't open so we had to go out through the night entrance to get to our campervan to make a coffee in the morning. We didn't see anybody there until we left on Monday morning. I'm sure in high season it is, or has been a popular hotel.

Menu for breakfast would have been nice

Lack of information regarding when the restaurant was closed ( Thursday and Sunday nights) breakfast times,pool times and fire escape routes
