On check out the owner reimbursed us as we had paid for parking that we didn’t end up using. We hadn’t realised we’d initially paid for this, very honest owner-thank you 🙂

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and the position was good for us as we were travelling by train

No air conditioning, so very hot, bathroom quite scruffy though clean. Very noisy, rooms not at all soundproofed

Very nice position, extremely central, rooms are very very very clean and the personnell is nice and helpful

Just a suggestion: if the receptionist is alone and of course needs to leave the reception/hotel to assist guests, it would be helpful to provide them with a cell phone, since if a guest arrives and finds the hotel closed and no one replies to the doorbell, this is a problem. The next morning, if the guest needs to check out and the reception will be closed, the internal phone number is called as instruction at the reception desk, and there is no answer, this is a problem...on Booking page it is said that checkout is possible 0.00-12.00; thankfully, I had the idea to phone to the hotel so the sound of the telephone made the receptionis arrive....if the parking is small and not suitable to host all the guests, and it is need to be booked in advance, please send a message to the guests or write it on the Booking page!

Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room and bathroom. Great location near railway station with access to local eateries. Easy walk to Guggenheim. Very close to tram and buses.
