The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also great, right in the centre of the town.

To be improved

There's definitely room for improvement. The bedroom wasn't particularly clean (found someone else's hair on our bed, and the bedroom floor was quite dirty), and if you're unfortunate to have someone else's room above yours you will hear everything they do - sound isolation is a real problem.
