“Disappointing”
The best

The location was good - at the top of the cliff overlooking the bay; the hotel had a lovely terrace next to the car park overlooking the bay. The staff tried very hard and were very attentive. Hotel was very clean.

To be improved

The hotel is tired and outdated, but that in itself would have been fine We found the food expensive - we paid 56E for a paella for 2. Breakfast was uninspiring and we were charged per item… which maybe should be made clearer on the Booking.com website.

“Unbeatable view in a unique hotel”
The best

The view from both the room and the terrace was spectacular! The interior of the hotel was stylish. The staff were friendly and despite the global wifi meltdown checked us in efficiently. It's an amazing spot to watch the sunset and view over the city, beach and mountains. We were fortunate to catch a local festival.

To be improved

There was a hidden parking cost with nowhere else nearby to park. The fire exit light in the room was super bight at night. No remote for the AC. Shower pressure was very low and the fixture was broken.

Great views of Laredo and the beaches. Very panoramic views.

To be improved

Too far from the town up a very steep hill. After walking 20kms it was too much to go into town for a meal.
