Fantastic location right on the dunes. Excellent number of staff, meaning that everything ran like clockwork

To be improved

They feel quite money grubbing. 4 euros for 500ml of water in 30 degrees is lively. Trying to charge 50 euros for using the Balinese beds ironically makes everything feel cheap

The best

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Sara at check-in – she was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great stay. Adam was also very kind and assisted us with our car, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all the staff were extremely service-minded and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and we especially enjoyed our meal at the Krystal restaurant – truly excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the pool area was well-organized with plenty of available sunbeds. We especially liked the pergolas, which offered a nice shaded area to relax out of the sun.

“A palace on the dunes”

The best

This hotel really is a palace! An impressive building in a great location looking out over the dunes to the sea. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed. The outside space is impressive with two pools and plenty of sunbathing areas. Evening entertainment was great fun. The food in the main buffet was really good. Having a separate vegetarian section was much appreciated, probably the best selection we have had in Spain. We will be back!

The only bad thing was the last night meeting.... with an orrible cockroach... I called the reception, they told me it was impossible to send someone in my room to kill the animal... but they also offered me the possibility to sleep in another room It was my last night in the hotel, so I didn't accept the offer
