The best

Loved the location in Costa Adeje Player del Duque. Buffet restaurant was good and staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and modern. Lots of outside space. Extremely close to the beach but not on the actual beach. Nice strip to take a stroll should you wish.

To be improved

I liked most things about the property. Disappointed that they charged to use the safe in the room and that free water was not provided in the room. Another specialty restaurant would also not go a miss or at least access to the other Riu across the road. Well if I could have accessed it nobody told me.

The best

The personel is great, hard working and all smilling. The room was big and clean and very cozy The food is very good.

To be improved

I wish I knew from the begining that the drinks are not included. Except the breakfast, all the other time all the drinks, including water has to pay for it. Is the first 5 star hotel where you can see people carring boxes of water they bought from a local store.
