Hotel Riu Playa Park - 0'0 All Inclusive

Guests in the hotel can be very loud from 12am onwards talking loudly in the hallway after arriving back from the busy strip located near by.

There was no straws in the bar and that is dissapoitment. It is difficult to drink iced coffee with cream on top without straw not to mention coctails that you want to sip slowly. We have asked few times and staff said "no", they don't have straws. This is first hotel in our experience in Europe not to offer straws. Also mojito was nothing like it, missing mint leaves and lemon in small wide glass instead of proper coctails glass. On the way back hotel called taxi for us but taxi's are not properly allocated to customers, so if there are few people waiting some will jump and steal your taxi even you been waiting for longer. That also ruins the mood and normally other hotels offer either taxi plate number or give queue number. Now it gets to customers fighting in front of hotel who will get taxi that just arrived. Not proffesional. It took us half hour to get taxi and 3 previuous cars were stolen by other customers who ordered after us but jumped ahead when car's arrived. Receptionist who came outside started to speak with everyone in Dutch and we needed to remind her that not everyone speaks Dutch. We speak English. She just treated everyone like same and that was very rude. Customers should be approached individually and asked what language they speak not to come outside shouting in Dutch and only after she was reminded we speak English, she explained in English. That moment we did not feel valued customers there at all and since this is last moment of leaving hotel, last impression, that puts me off of coming back. Luckily we had plenty of time before flight but if it was planned to minutes, we would definitely miss flight down to how hotel handles taxi calling and allocating to clients. There is no coffee with luch or dinner. It would be easy to put machine (they got one by pool there no one drinks hot drinks) in dining area. After lunch some people like to enjoy cup of coffee (or tea).

Downside-no swimming pool for kids. All inclusive not including alcoholic drinks apart from 3 drinks during the meal (beer or wine). Alcoholic drinks are available at extra charge

***NOT fully All inclusive due to Local LAWS. No alcohol served at anytime, soft drinks only. 3 drinks pp served at lunch and dinner and thats it. Young crowd can get rowdy around the pool bar which may not be for everyone. beds were hard in the room.
