“Good hotel”
The best

Good hotel in the first row to the beach. The food for breakfast and dinner is very good and varied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location in the liveliest part of Playa de Palma. The pool is not big but it is ok.

To be improved

Nothing very important, but there is always room for a little improvement: you should install coffee machines (nes, machiato, cappuccino, ...) in the restaurant, maybe serve real ham more often. It didn't bother us, but it can be noisy from the nearby Bierkonig (our room faced the street).

“Nice hotel but noisy”
The best

The breakfast and dinner had a good selection and the staff were very accommodating. We like the bathroom facilities and we had a big balcony. It was good.

To be improved

Unfortunately the location was close to very very noisy bars. The AC system was not functioning we couldn't open the balcony door to cool off because the noise from the bars would go on till 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. We got very little sleep and I think it contributed to us getting the flu.

“We extended our stay through the winter months as we didn’t want to leave !”

location and staff all amazing . The food in the restaurant is wonderful. for a buffet dinning room it’s never the same , great care in preparation and presentation. The reception staff are always so happy and great you all the time . 10 minutes in a taxi to Palma but you can walk it if you love walking . lots of buses if you prefer . good gym and spa .

The property is mainly German guests so the entertainment and tv channels are for those guests . which is my only complaint. which is a shame as being a Rui hotel it should be for all nationalities.
