Nothing congusted No proper wifi connection We were given the room somewhere in the corner on 4th floor where wifi connection was very bad❌❌❌ Spoke to receptionist they said they could not help

“The breakfast and dinner were okay, although it was noticeable that leftovers from dinner were often reused for breakfast. The location is decent, and the restaurant staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, the reception staff were not very welcoming or professional, which left a negative first impression. They gave us an umbrella for the beach from previous tourists. · Cons: Unfortunately, the room had ants, which was very unpleasant. The biggest issue, however, is the general atmosphere in the hotel. The area of Arenal has clearly become a pure party zone. Most of the hotel guests were loud, drunk, and disrespectful teenagers. Every single night there was constant noise until 6 a.m. – shouting, screaming, banging on doors, and partying in the hallways. It was impossible to sleep. Even though the hotel staff witnessed this behavior, they did absolutely nothing to stop it. The lack of any action or control from the hotel management made the stay a complete nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for rest or a peaceful vacation.”

“Good but …”
The best

Spartan but had everything I needed (phon, bathroom, cloths…), the bathroom was not new but working fine. Room was very spacious Food served was good for the price and a lot of choices Staff was super nice

To be improved

(This does not depend on the property) Location: it was in the middle of a German town literally, ONLY super loud germans in the entire El Arenal area. This is not a fault of the property but to be honest it was not a nice area to stay for two women alone as it was full of drunk people at night. Cleanliness: not really so deep cleaned. Pool was opened from 10 to 19, so it was impossible to enjoy a morning swim and from 10.01 it was full of people, not enough space for everyone. No food served late at night

Location and cleanliness was great. Electrical plug conveniently near the bed Breakfast was amazing AC was good

WiFi hardly worked, very inconvenient. No hand soap in the bathroom. No quiet hours enforced
