“Wow… amazing”

The best

Wow… everything was amazing. From the second you walk in and are greeted by Josu, linda and Leo. From them helping you out with your luggage to Francisco from the pool helping you set up your chairs. I got upgraded as well to a room with a direct ocean view. Every person had a smile on their face and was ready to help. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!

“A great hotel with amazing views and excellent service”

The best

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment which is a good size with large balcony overlooking sea. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice and quiet. We have stayed here a few times and love it. Hotel has so much character it’s not a concrete block it’s a place with lovely grounds an do a view to die for! The breakfasts are delicious and eating outside overlooking the sea is a wonderful way to start your day. We had half board and food good and you can eat inside or out. The staff are all great, But special thanks go to Mery for her kindness and smiley face and excellent service. Thanks too to Linda for a warm welcome and help during our stay and all the wonderful staff who work so hard to give you an enjoyable stay. Number 4 bus goes from right outside the hotel and it’s a short distance into Palma. 20 minutes from airport Highly recommend and will be returning myself in October this year

“Lovely hotel, definitely recommend”

The best

Spent one week here over Easter with family (3 children). Had family suite overlooking sea with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and a sofa bed in main room. All comfortable beds. Large balcony with lovely view. Hotel and room spotlessly clean. Communal areas felt spacious with different areas with sun beds and terraces. Outside pool cold at Easter but imagine would be lovely in summer. Used the heated indoor pool lots with children though. Also used small gym area and spa with sauna and steam room. Food in restaurant is excellent. Had buffet breakfast and evening meal. Lots of choices and everything very fresh. Lovely and varied salads, cheese and desserts. Options that appealed to children (freshly cooked pasta etc) but also different meats and fish cooked freshly and excellent quality. Close to local beach which is sheltered and good for swimming. Number 4 bus leaves just outside hotel and is frequent, cheap and goes into Palma. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay close to Palma.

“Beautiful”

The best

A lovely hotel, good food, great location and wonderful staff. Lovely rooms, and I had a stunning sea view from my balcony. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful which made me feel safe on my first solo trip, as well as making it enjoyable. The spa is an asset to the hotel, as is Petra, the spa therapist. The treatments were really good. Everyone was lovely, but unfortunately I did not get everyone's name, so special thanks to Santiago, Linda, Davio, Ross, Miguel and Leo.

“Amazing!”

The best

The location is amazing, we paid extra for a sea view room which was exceptional! The food was good, the entertainment was great! The parking was a bit tricky at some times but it was manageable!

To be improved

Unfortunately the last 24 hours we didn’t have hot water in our room.
