“HONEST REVUE OF THE HOTEL”
The best

We visted the Hotel as a late Holiday for 5 Nights after reading some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical as to what we would find but overall the Hotel is very nice, Spotlessly Clean, the Staff are very friendly, and helpful. The Food was very good, plenty of choice at Breakfast, and I thought some of the Evening Meals were excellent especially the Paella's, Drinks were priced acceptable and you get very generous portions on the shorts. Room cleaned daily and very well, the rooms are small but, we got a pool view that had sunbeds and sun from 11 till 5.30pm on the Balcony. I would make a few points the Pool area does not get much sun and when it does it's in a small area of the Pool area, there is a seating area with tables and chairs that gets the sun nearly all day, I cannot understand why this is not used for Sunbeds and the chairs and tables are placed in the shaded area, which would encourage more people to stay by the pool, we tended to go the Beach because of this. But all in all the Hotel is in a perfect place for the resort which is lovely, but if you love the sun and live by the pool I don't think this would do for you, but as stated the Hotel is nice and the Staff are lovely.

“Dated hotel and the most miserable bar man ever”
The best

The hotel is dated. The all inclusive drinks are very poor. The food was actually ok - the restaurant manager was really fun and kind. Miguel the old miserable bar man needs to be sacked - very very very rude and you can just tell he hates his n Job. He must be related to the night receptionist who missed the customer service training day. The hotel has sooo many rules - very faulty towers. The lifeguard loves to zap the fun out of everything.

“End of season fatigue?”
The best

I had read previous reviews and wanted to believe that other guests were being 'over picky', sadly they weren't. Arriving in the early hours being 'greeted' by a surly looking guy standing in silence for approximately 15 mins whilst he typed on his PC, wasn't a great start but surely things could only improve... The room was lovely, clean with a nice view over the pool and garden. Breakfast was nice with a great selection, the coffee could have been nicer. A couple of times at dinner, all of the desserts were packed away and we felt rushed to leave. One night I had just purchased 2 glasses of wine at the bar when the barman started removing all of the lamps from the tables, it was 10:15! One gentleman in particular I can only assume misread the job description and thought he was applying for a job in hostility as opposed to hospitality! I do realise that guests can be annoying and frustrating on occasion, however, this should never be apparent to the guest. There were times where I felt my presence was an inconvenience, I know it's late in the season but it was still my holiday. Overall, it wasn't awful and please at least give that poor pool guy a cushion :D

“A week in the sun finished off by theft of cash from our room ….”
The best

So we arrived staying at this hotel on Wednesday 27th August for a week , we got checked in and given a room on the 3rd floor and everything seemed okay . Rooms were clean and spacious etc . Meanwhile we had a bit of a misunderstanding regarding the use of the SAFE on check in, as I asked if we could use the safe he says yes it’s in your room, we got to the room it should have been digital but didn’t light up so I just presumed it wasn’t working . I had a bag with all my cosmetics in so I just placed our two passports and £40 English money (2 £20 notes) in the zip part of this bag and kept checking it every night . So fast forward to Monday , we’ve been here since Wednesday . Every morning we’ve seen the cleaning / maid on our floor but this Monday she wasn’t there . I said to my partner maybe they have a day off as I didn’t expect beds made and fresh towels every day . We had a beach day , came back to the hotel had a couple of drinks and went up at about 6pm to get showers and changed for the night . When we opened the door the beds had been made and fresh towels given , I sat on the bed and checked my bag of cosmetics for passports and money and one of the £20 notes was missing 😳… I was mortified and so upset , it’s only £20 but it’s the principle somebody’s been in my belongings and had a good rummage taken the money and zipped it back up . I went down to reception and wanted answers , explained how upset I was we had paid £1400 for a week and should feel safe in our rooms , the manager spoke to me the day after and confirmed the maid had been in the room at around 10.50am and that this must have been a misunderstanding and did I actually have 2 x £20 notes as his staff wouldn’t do anything like this . They then explained you have to pay for the safe and infact it wasn’t broke and you needed to pay a fee and they give me a key and advised me to put my belongings in straight away at no cost. When I arrived at the airport, I also had white AirPods and they had been in my bag with the cosmetics and they were missing to. I was fuming and upset and explained to the manager if these people just take a little from each room , hoping that people don’t notice until you check out and are at the airport etc ,over a week they would be quids in and very well off . I would not stay at this hotel again !!!!!

“The cons outweigh the pros”
The best

We booked this as a group holiday July 2024 as an all inclusive package . What we received wasn’t anything like an all inclusive and I have been on many that I have paid less for and received a lot more . Very limited choice on the drinks . Could get fresh orange juice with breakfast included - but was €2.50 per glass any other time ! Alcohol was a very poor selection for an all inclusive and at times ran out ! Breakfast and dinner was buffet style - nothing special - . Lunch was a la carte menu and was a lot better than other meals ! Snack bar as advertised by easyJet and the hotel on the sheet of paper given at check in was non existent - I do not consider a bowl of crisps on the bar an all inclusive snack ! I had emailed the hotel a few months before requesting accessible showers for 2 of the guests and was assured by email that this was possible . On arrival we was offered one room behind reception which was more suited to a storage room . After refusing we were given rooms on level 1. Not great but apparently the hotel was fully booked ! Entertainment also limited to Saturday night disco and Jimmy the singer on Sunday evening . Now the staff - big shout out to King - always a smile on his face and a pleasure to talk too. The 2 girls in the restaurant were pleasant as was the older gentleman. The head barman manuel was very grumpy and would halfway through serving you go and serve other guests . I had a feeling that he didn’t like the British guests very much. Towards the end of the week he did smile a little more . The pool area was nice but water was freezing so we did spend the days on the nearby beach which was beautiful and clean and the town lovely . This hotel could be amazing if the staff are given proper customer service training.

“Potential for Greatness but Unwelcoming”
The best

We selected this hotel because it was small, adult-only, had a large pool, and promised tranquillity. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcome and would not return. There was something wrong with the management. The atmosphere was strange, the staff rarely smiled or greeted guests, although the waiting ladies, the young lad in the bar, and the tall male receptionist in a suit were all great. No one said “hello” or “good morning.” I had just come from a week in Alcudia where everyone greeted you with a smile, and the difference here made us feel unwelcome. The welcome we received on arrival was so poor that we almost left immediately, never to return. At reception was a young man, Ismail (or similar), who did not get up to greet us, barely lifted his head, and made us stand silently for 15 minutes while he stared at his computer. Eventually, he handed us a piece of paper, saying everything about the hotel was explained there. When I asked where lunch was served, he mumbled, “It’s a small hotel, you will find it.” Shocking. After some self-exploration and uncertainty, we entered what seemed to be a dining room, only to receive another cold reception: a middle-aged man standing there did not respond to our hello, instead looked astonished at our presence, took his time to search through his list, then ran back to reception without letting us in. Eventually, he returned and waved his hand, which apparently meant we were allowed to eat. Another shocking experience. The room was lovely at first glance and had character. However, there was a very strong mold smell that never disappeared, even though the room looked clean and freshly painted. The smell stayed for the whole week. The beds were very comfortable but were on wheels and kept moving apart, which was frustrating. The food was fine but there wre chances missed suh as the meat was often tough, though perhaps with more time of slow it could have been delicious. Fruit was almost non-existent, and the choice was very limited. I especially missed oats, prunes, or other basics for muesli in the morning. Coffee came from machines and was very bad, but to be fair it was the same on other hotels in Majorca. The all-inclusive package we paid for was virtually non-existent. There were no snacks or fruit between meals. We chose this hotel specifically to enjoy all-inclusive convenience: drinks, fruit, and buffet-style meals for total relaxation. Instead, the hotel had removed the buffet lunch and forced guests to sit in the restaurant for two to three hours, ordering from the pool menu. The service was extremely slow, and portions were so large that if you wanted to try different things, it wasn’t possible. I couldn’t just have a few light bites and return to my sunbed. Leftovers were clearly reused. For example, I once ordered a Greek salad and received old lettuce that should have been thrown away, some of it yellow, and no feta or olives. The next day, I saw a French guest served a proper Greek salad with olives and feta. Very inconsistent. The desserts, however, were excellent—delicious and of high quality. As for drinks, the only things truly included in “all-inclusive” were tap water and tea. Beer and wine were technically available, but of such poor quality and full of chemicals that after just two glasses on the first day, I suffered a terrible headache. The manager created a very strange and tense atmosphere. As an all-inclusive guest, I felt like an intruder, as though I were a nuisance to him. He behaved like a miser, discouraging any requests. It was stressful and unpleasant—the opposite of what all-inclusive should be. Good points: – Lovely building and surroundings, nice décor of both the rooms and the common areas, all spotless clean – Large swimming pool with long opening hours – Plenty of jazzy music during the day – Beautiful pool lighting in the evening – Located in a lovely town Negatives: – Appalling behaviour of some staff, especially the young Ismail at reception and the middle-aged waiter/bar person – Strange, unfriendly atmosphere, with waitresses, lovely and friendly by nature, seemingly controlled by a stingy, unwelcoming manager – No real all-inclusive: undrinkable wine and beer, no snacks, no fruit, and no buffet lunch – Strong mold smell in the room – No proper double beds; just singles on wheels that moved apart On the whole, the main reason I would not return is that I never felt welcome or cared for. Instead, I felt like an unwanted intruder, in a hotel where hardly anyone smiled or said hello.
