Friendly helpful staff. Extremely clean hotel, pool, rooms and entertainment areas. Water park slides were fantastic. The food was exceptional. Fresh fish and meat cooked to perfection, amazing array of fresh vegetables and fruit. Exceptional attention given to dietary requirements- one of our family is coeliac and special gluten free foods, toaster and cereals provided. One family member is dairy free and appreciated the vegan dessert and dairy free milk options. Food offering was incredible and deserves a 5 star rating. Tania, Juan and Maryke all so hospitable as were all chefs, catering and waiting staff. Hotel Entertainment Team were awesome with such high energy, smiles and always offering to be inclusive. Mariam, Divine, Caesar, Iristel, Laura were all brilliant. We had the most relaxing holiday and would not choose to go anywhere else. Even the security watching pool loungers we’re not reserved until ready to be used - genuis concept and it works! Rooms always cleaned and the cleaners all very helpful and friendly. All inclusive range of drinks, snacks and ice cream on offer all day long was phenomenal. What an absolute gem of a place to relax and unwind! Our daughter celebrated her 12th Birthday whilst on holiday at Rosamar garden resort and staff went out of their way to make it special.
