“Cons: Room was not clean, the toilet and floors were dirty. The room also smelt like cigarettes. I went to reception and complained, they said it would be cleaned again. We went out for two hours after we arrived back it still had not been cleaned. Asked again at reception and they then sent a cleaner to our room. We waited another 30 minutes. The floors were still dusty, I was not impressed with the standard for a four star hotel!”

“I will not be returning to Benidorm again! ”

What can I say? You get what you pay for? Someone else booked it for me the food was terrible. We ate out the room was clean on day of arrival. But after that, it was only the bed that got made the floor never got wiped. The tables never got wiped so the room was very dirty time we left.
