“Very nice a smaller hotel with great food. We had breakfast and dinner, that was quite enough. There's one pool and animators can make some competitions, dance and fun . Rooms are comfortable and bigger, clean, team Rosella is very kind and friendly. We lost a very nice time in this hotel in Mallorca. · Cons: This hotel is not directly on the beach, that takes us so 15 minutes walking.”

Very nice a smaller hotel with great food. We had breakfast and dinner, that was quite enough. There's one pool and animators can make some competitions, dance and fun . Rooms are comfortable and bigger, clean, team Rosella is very kind and friendly. We lost a very nice time in this hotel in Mallorca.

This hotel is not directly on the beach, that takes us so 15 minutes walking.

“Cons: Very Disappointed – Misleading and Dishonest Transfer Information! We booked an airport transfer to and from the hotel in advance. We were clearly informed in writing that the total cost would be €150 for both directions. However, upon arrival, the hotel claimed that €150 was only for one way, and we were suddenly told we had to pay €300. We showed the conversation where it was explicitly stated that the price was €150 for the round trip, but the staff refused to acknowledge it. They didn’t want to listen, ignored our concerns, and kept insisting: “You have to pay €300.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer professional service. It felt like a scam, and it left us with a very negative impression. We will not be returning, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects honesty and clear communication.”
