They said they fixed it, but did not so we had a fan in our room all day and all night. · Cons: The staff appeared to be friendly, but did not want to hear about your problems or your issues with the property when we arrived. We were not told we have free breakfast or the hours check in was so slow, not impressed.”

“Great location on beach · Cons: For £250 a night room was tiny and basic. bad smell at rear of hotel pool at back is tiny.. Old tired bathroom mould no extraction no air-conditioning. Booked a room with balcony but charged an extra £100 a night for a sea view and placed us on top of band playing till midnight. Im gluten free and nothing I could eat despite requesting on booking. Ate out. Reception staff charging extras to anyone checking in. Another family who used booking.com got charged extra.”
