“Excellent hotel”
The best

Great hotel and a short walk to the old town so area was quiet. Rooms are nice and so clean..The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bed and pillows were comfortable, towels and a small bottle of water were replenished every day We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was not included and there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but would definitely return.

The best

Pretty basic hotel- definitely not a 4* - no drink facility in the room/ kettle etc, no iron in the hotel- even though there was a laundry service. Breakfast was only ok - some staff were dismissive and rude Our room overlooked local apartments- we could see in and vice versa I assume- which made a balcony pointless as we didn’t want to sit on it ! Pool was ok but quite small.

Reception man was very unhelpful and miserable, I asked for somewhere to get ready as the room wasn’t ready I had asked for earlier check in as only in Ibiza for one night for a party, had to use a shower in the men’s toilets which was about 40 degrees! Worst experience in a hotel not welcoming at all!
