You need to drive down some pretty steep hills to get to the property. Althought at last we did find a milder, easier route, but an instruction would make life much easier.”

To be improved

“beautiful location, but sadly disappointed”

The best

The property was lovely, in a great location, staff were friendly and then everyone vanished, there were no facilities closer than a few Kilometres away, it was empty apart from guests in their rooms. The room was not clean, had a window pane missing, there was dirt on the window sill in the bathroom that had been there for months and I could hear the people next door as if they were in the same room as me. Its a shame, I would have driven home the same day if it had been possible, I left at 7.30am the next morning, not bothering with the paid breakfast.

To be improved

The paper thin walls between rooms, the lack of cleanness and the complete lack of staffed services.
