“Very disappointing customer service”
The best

The hotel seemed to be a good option to explore Ronda and the surrounding area.

To be improved

Communication with the hotel was an absolute disaster. They completely ignored all messages sent through Booking and failed to fulfil the flexibility offered at the time of reservation. Booking.com was also equally useless by not resolving the situation.

Location 6km from Ronda, by car no problem to access the sights

To be improved

Remote and rural place, room in extra house, heating and hot water supply to be improved, bathroom and room is old and run down. Internet did not work properly despite having WiFi signal.

The hotel has a nice pool and a minigolf course. It's close to Ronda.

There was no warm water, barely lukewarm We had some ants in the room We got only two towels for the four of us Our room had no wifi coverage

Quite, roomy for size of rooms, seating area outside and the bar and food were fantastic. Close to Ronda, but far enough away to be rural.
