“well appointed rooms with a large swimming pool close to the Pilgrims trail”

A short hike from the pilgrims trail this was a lovely villa complex The host didn’t speak any English however Google translate came to the rescue Great pool and nice luxurious rooms

To be improved

As we were hiking then no food meant we had to use a takeaway delivery for dinner. This though was fine and was made clear in the communication from the hotel who also placed the orders for us

Wonderful location! This small rural hotel is a real gem; peaceful, beautifully situated and very well appointed, the rooms are very clean, well fitted and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and included a selection of fruit, breads, cake, egg, ham and cheese.

To be improved

To enjoy the local restaurants it is necessary to have a car...or use the local taxi firm.

The best

Super little hotel in a great building. Very pretty location. We had a garden room with a patio outside. Despite there being a nationwide power cut the hotel had a generator and we were able to use some electrics. Room very modern, very good

To be improved

The swimming pool was not open as it was still April, however, after asking the pool was opened the following day
