“A little gem close to Merida”

Everything. A little gem of a hotel. Facilities and service are impeccable, spacious, and have a lot of nice details. Francisco was a pleasure to deal with. The town of Guareña was also a nice surprise, just like the hotel. A little out of the way (hence the "Hotel Rural" title), but definitely worth it. I only wish we'd had a longer stay.

The hotel is spotless and inviting, with spacious, bright rooms. Francisco is a wonderful host, making the experience even better. I highly recommend staying here and trying the restaurant—delicious dishes at great prices!

Decor and cleanliness.

Noise. Never have I stayed in a hotel where it was impossible to sleep. The staff admitted that the noise was impossible but clearly didn't care less. The restaurant was full of people shouting and singing until the early hours. My problem, apparently... Apparently it is normal for tens of young men to shout, scream and sing in their restaurant but not normal for paying guests to want to sleep. They got what they paid for, I did not. Avoid if you actually want to sleep in your hotel room.
