“Cold stay”

Location and spacy room and bed!

The room is built in an old kitchen/bbq space with a super cold stone floor. Doesn’t feel comfortable at all. In the middle of the room there is a huge television hanging from the ceiling. It is positioned at head height. I almost ran in to it several times. Seriously dangerous! It was cold so we turned on the heating when we left in the morning. When we came back late in the evening the heating was turned off and the room was very cold.

Great facilities (including indoor pool), lovely helpful staff, quiet, rural location and very reasonable price.

To be improved

Minor functions in room were a bit tired and no restaurant. Primary focus is a wedding venue.

Amazing, friendly staff. Hotel had everything you could ask for in terms of facilities with a pool and comfy rooms. Beautiful grounds.

To be improved

Swimming pool was very cold. Onsite restaurant was advertised but was not open. Would benefit from having hot drinks in room and more options for breakfast from vending machines.
