Quaint and traditional but modernised and clean

To be improved

Not 24 hours open being a family owned hotel and was closed on arrival but had keys ready after eventually able to call the number on the door and was opened for us. We did say we would have a very late arrival at 3.00am via booking.com messaging in advance.

The best

Lovely view of the mountains from the spacious room on the 3rd floor. Big car park. Food served for dinner was good quality.

To be improved

Reception experience was poor - this may have been due to language difficulties but were left feeling underwhelmed. Restaurant did not open when scheduled and service was extremely slow. I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival via booking.com but did not receive any response.
