Distance to ferry and parking

Not a pleasant stay , loud music till past midnight amongst other things. . Advertise disabled facilities, ! Rooms were two floors up with no lift! How on Earth can that be right? Dirty too. . I want Booking.com to get me my money back.

Location, park opposite for dogs and short trip to ferry terminal. Friendly receptionist.

30 euro for 2 small dogs, usually only get charged for 1 dog ….. previous night’s accommodation had no charge for dogs and only cost half the price overall . No food available and no coffee/tea available.

Reasonable price considering prices in Bilbao for the Europa League final.

Room full of mosquitos or similar. Left with multiple bites which have developed into nasty blisters. Bring a strong repellent if staying.
