“Stunning location.”

The best

The location was absolutely stunning. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was basic but fresh and coffee nice.

To be improved

We arrived late 10.30pm. There was a small problem getting in but we did manage to sort it ourselves. We thought we'd be spending our first night in the car. However we were given water and coffee when we did get in. It would have been nice to be able to eat there but apart from breakfast you have to drive out. The village is within walking distance but the walk would be dangerous at night in the dark! There was no bedroom drawers for clothes and very little hanging space.

“Amazing view of the mountains”

The best

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing view of the mountains. The pool had a good temperature for a swim at the end of July.

To be improved

The breakfast was very modest and the wifi did not cover all the facilities of the hotel.

“We didn't stay because the pool was closed and we were not told. We asked for a refund because we wouldn't have booked if the pool was closed. Our room was very sparse but clean. We asked for a double room and it was a triple so limited space and only one chair ,which gave in when my husband sat in it. We were promised a refund but after asking several times and bring told the owner was away ....five weeks later no reply and no refund. The guy in reception was polite and friendly. Disappointing. . Also to walk into the village or anywhere, you have to walk on a very fast and dangerous road which I felt was misleading.”

“Peacuful and quiet place in the mountains.”

I really enjoyed staying in Hotel Rural Los Jarales, we were there off season, the place was quiet and peacuful. This is what we were looking for. Short walk to the nearest town Istan. Much appreciated for having us!
