the best hotel and restaurant on site. super cozy room with every comfort, good internet, heating via the air conditioning system up to 30 c when it gets very cold. spacious room, very good restaurant open from 1:30 p.m. the hotel is only 200m from the castle.free public parking. very clean, very good price

The location and the room were good as expected.

We had booked dinner and were told that the restaurant was closed due to a function that was taking place. There was no one on reception as all the staff were dealing with food and drinks for the function. We couldn’t even get a drink! That was ok and we dealt with that by going elsewhere. We were told breakfast was 9am next morning and we arrived slightly early and were first to sit down. The girl was a few minutes late but that was ok. Other Spanish people arrived and we had to ask for a coffee. She started serving all the others who had arrived after us so we asked for food. She continue to serve others so we left at nearly 10am as we had a 400mile journey without any breakfast!

Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly, very nice comfortable rooms. Free street parking and you can park and drop your luggage. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. I highly recommend it and would return. Sabiote was a lovely village to explore.

Nothing only suggestion would be a lounge to relax in.
