Location was good

To be improved

Had a shower late afternoon and the hot water ran out. As it was 38 degrees outside it wasn’t a problem. Trouble was there was still no hot water the next morning. Also I think some of the decor has had its day

“Decent place to spend the night along the way”

Stayed for one night on our way. We arrived much later than we initially indicated, but the staff confirmed on the phone that it would be ok and somebody was there to check us in in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, they spokle only Spanish, but we managed. Overall good value for what was essentially a few hours of a quick night stay!

To be improved

They put a spare bed for our son, even though it is stated that they only do it upon request and it comes at an additional cost (we didn't ask for one). That was a nice gesture, but I was worried we would be charged extra for it, but we weren't – not sure why. Maybe we just got lucky, because I think the member of staff mentioned it during check in, but it was in Spanish and I wasn't sure. The lady at checkout just took the key, so all good in the end!

Staff not very helpful. No bedding, only sheets, we found blankets in the wardrobe. Only one long bolster pillow. Smart new bathroom but lighting in bedroom really poor, not enough to read in bed.
