It was beautiful outside but there was no view as surrounded by trees. Also not the place to be if you like the sea

Excellent but in room media needs updating

By far the best experience I’ve had at a hotel. We stayed for 5 nights with our 1 year old daughter for our first family holiday. Firstly the hotel itself is spotless and extremely well kept. The flowers and gardens that surround the rooms are so beautiful. The staff were very accommodating, there was work being done on the room beside us during our stay and we were promptly moved to a bigger room without even asking. It also rained one day during our stay and the spa allowed us an hour in the indoor pool with our daughter even though it was normally restricted to adults only. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and great with our daughter. She is limited on what she can eat at the moment but the restaurant were always happy to make something that suited. The location for us was perfect, quiet and peaceful but just a short drive from the small town of san Carlos which had lovely bars and restaurants. We especially loved Pumba, the resident dog who greeted us every time we walked past reception. Thank you for making our first family holiday so special. We cannot wait to come back.

Lovely big room, friendly staff, good breakfast

We have been in Hotel for spa and for lunch but first time got chance to stay one night It’s amazing very relax and super peaceful What to tell about spa amazing Service by staff was very good in restaurant.. And housekeeping and Reception.. We enjoy lot food and our stay and spa Thank you so much for looking after us
