“Hotel fine when we found it but building photographed hidden behind doors and no signsge.”

Hotel itself, when we found it, was good, clean, good mix of modern inside old building. BUT.......

To be improved

Now the rant,,, The building photographed is not on the street it's behind large steel doors with no sign for the hotel displayed. Having been directed to the correct street by sat nav we spent over an hour in 40 degree heat trying to find the hotel. There really should be a sign if the doors are closed. Second, reception was closed all the time we were there and the young lady spoke no English (OK I shouldn't expect everyone to) but there was no written material for us to use. It's not a tourist area but still not a good guest experience

The best

The room itself was nice, the main problem was they were hosting some huge event that was so loud I couldn't sleep even with all the doors/windows closed and earplugs in. I made the reservation in plenty of time that they could have notified me about the event and let me make the decision but they didn't.

They also say they have private on-site parking but don't (or at least didn't for me).

“OK for a stopover”

The hotel was ok for a stopover in a not very exciting town! Room was fine and price reasonable.

To be improved

Check in could be better. There is no hotel name outside the property, nor street number. A passer-by confirmed we were outside the hotel. Then he phoned the manager who was out shopping.
