Hotel Rustico Casa Do Vento

Clean a very welcoming staff.

What a great find.. This hotel has been restored to a very high standard and sympatheticaly to the original construction. The room had lots of space, was super clean and comfortable with a little fridge too. The owners were so friendly and helpful, parking my motorcycle securely with his own, my friends bicycle too. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful (8 euro each extra). If you are passing even within 20-30km of this hotel, it is well worth the diversion in our mind.. The guest lounge area would be fantastic to socialise in.. the bar and terrace area too. Some have mentioned the road noise, yes, there is some at morning and evening rush hour, but it didn't bother us. It is situated at a junction, so some traffic is to be expected.. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay.. Thank you for a great stay.

Ismael is a fantastic host and we were really comfortable at Casa Do Vento. The location is really close to the beautiful beach in Valdoviño and great for exploring the Costa do Morte. Which is what we did - part of the Camiño dos Faros. Breakfast was really delicious and enjoyed with gorgeous garden views. The building itself is also really nice, old and interesting.

Friendly service, free off street parking and a very good breakfast.
