“Very nice stay!!”
I really enjoyed the Place. Just what I needed quiet and very relaxing. Lovely family owned hotel. and still things to do and visit around (beach on foot 5mn, Soller by bus 20mn). To get to with the bus direct from Palma main bus station (around an hour), This hotel was recommended to me in Palma by anorher traveller. The rooms were very clean (wirh service very day if you want to) and comfortable, the sea view room, amazing! Nice Pool, staff was very friendly and competent. The bar had Local village wine, gin and brandy von Mallorca. The breakfast hat lots of variety hot and cold, freshly made. I had dinner there and it was really delicious (see photos). The meal is to be had putside on the terrace or inside. Amazing sunset! Overall, please come and try it out :) thank you to the staff
“Very friendly hotel!”
Wonderful Easter holiday at Sa Coma hotel! Family driven hotel, fabulous staff, both reception, bar, breakfast and dinner staff - everybody was always smiling and very helpful! The room has a good 3star standard, don’t expect 4stars. Highlight is the breathtaking 180 degree seaview, almost all rooms have this view, including a stunning sunset at 20.15. There is a new TV in the room incl Netflix, a fridge, water boiler, good wifi, For my husband the bed was a bit too hard, but I slept like a rock! Breakfast buffet was lovely, they make you eggs/omelette/sausages etc freshly. Fruit, smoothie, Spanish ham etc etc. You can have a 2 or 3 course dinner at the hotel (breakfast room) between 7 and 9pm, nice view, each course had 3 choices. € 19 for 2courses, € 24 for 3 courses. Good food, meat/fish/veggie. We went there for a hiking holiday, without a rental car: the taxi from Palma airport was € 55. There are lovely hikes in the area, 2/3/4/5 hour length. The hotel is halfway between the sea and the village, and it is very steep in both directions.
“In love with this hotel”
What a sweet small family hotel! I booked 2 nights and than decided to stay my entire vacation. Hotel is run by a family and they are extremly helpful and sweet and kind. I am not used for so much care as a guest even at my own mom's house. I love the interior, because it has an atmosphere of older classical spanish sea-side home and I also loved the GARDEN extremly, you can hang around swimming pool and hide under beuatiful palms and other gardening amusements. I felt really good at this hotel and the owners, who were always available and loving, spoke really good english (which I find as a miracle at Spain area:) I appreciate silnece and close distance to beach, which is more for snorcheling enthusiasts as I am, but also I would let kids in with googles and vests/inflatables, when the waves are not big. The swimming pool also has area for small kids.
“Lovely tranquil terrace”
Great retreat and coffee break on this splendid sea view terrace found on the half way between stone beach and the village of Banyalbufar! Hotel welcomes alien travellers with a fresh drink or set menu dinner! Closed from 01Nov till end of March.
“Excellent price/quality ratio”
We stayed a week at this family-run hotel. Decent and clean rooms with nice views at the sea. Excellent breakfast and dinner with variety. Very friendly service. Swimming pool area allows discretion for the different guests. Only remark is that you have to buy the towels at EUR 12 each which makes non sense
“Shabby and outdated room, unfriendly reception, so expensive for what it is”
Overall, seriously regret choosing this hotel... Upon check in, blonde reception lady was so unwelcoming and every time we asked something she was rather rude and unprofessional. No sign of family running hotel's warm welcome anywhere. Weird pre-assigned seat system. breakfast room atmosphere very uninviting and menu was also very basic and same everyday. fruits in Spain are so cheap, although the only fruit in breakfast is melon. Is it worth paying so much in the end? No. It was high season so room was quite pricey and it was such a ripoff considering what they provided. I have NEVER seen such a basic and unattractive room, feel like being in 1 star hotel perhaps. there is hardly nothing else in the room, only bed, wardrobe, desk. That means there is no even Television. In the bathroom, cheap shower gel, dirty old shower curtain really put me off. I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews and the location, but I really wish I had chosen another hotel...
