“Christmas in Granada”

The best

The big advantage of the hotel was it's location, right in the centre, we could walk to all of the important sites, and we did. We did take a bus to the science museum, but that was for convenience. The staff were friendly. The room was okay. Strangely the bed and the chair were very high and I found it difficult to put boots on etc. There was little storage space and only 5 hangars in the wardrobe. The hotel had no facilities, no cafe or bar or restaurant.

“Located at the central area of the town. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very spacious room at a very good rate · Cons: Personal bias, but since it’s an old estate, the vibe can be a bit eerie. Also, facilities are not as stable. I had to move to another room as the AC of my original room was broken. Before checking out, the hair dryer was not working too”

“Exceptional Staff”

The best

The front desk staff were absolutely exceptional. They truly made our stay great.

To be improved

We had an issue with our AC initially, but they did eventually fix it. Parking is not on site and a bit frustrating.

The room was not well soundproof and isolated from other rooms and the corridor, it was too noisy any single sound. If you are looking for resting well and comfort, this option is not your dreamt one.
