“This is our first trip to Europe. This hotel was fine but it lacked anywhere for your suitcase or for your clothes, so basically they were on the floor. The room was dark with almost no natural light, you could not tell what the weather was as the only window was small and looked into a cement vestibul. The shampoo was horrible- we are travelling carry-on only and are relying on hotels to have somewhat decent toiletries. The toilet paper was insufficient for its job. I thought that the hotel lobby should offer complimentary cold water as it is a very warm climate but perhaps that is not a European thing.”

“Buen hotel , personal amable, excelente ubicación, nos quedamos sin agua caliente el dia de nuestra salida y nos hizo correr, mala casualidad. También la caja fuerte vibraba en la madrugada y no me dejó dormir bien , tuve que pedir cambio de cuarto”
