Mould in shower, tedious check-in process and impolite manager, air con made a very loud whistling noise whenever it was on that made it hard to sleep, walls are very thin to neighbouring apartments again making it hard to sleep

We couldn't find the hotel reception where we had to collect our keys from. Since we had all our suitecases with us, it was a little bit of a mission to get to the correct place. Other than that, the check-in was easy and seemless.

To be improved

The kitchen needed more utensils / glasses. Not enough drinking glasses/coffee mugs. A kitchen cloth would have been nice and some ice trays to make ice as it was boiling hot in Spain.

“Best location in Barcelona for families”

We loved the apartment and location! So modern and comfortable, short walking distance from metro, bus stops, pharmacy, market and Sagrada Familia. We’ll definitely stay there again if we travel again to Barcelona. Staff was great and let us check in earlier after a long night flight.

To be improved

Some neighbors were not quiet during the night (after 11pm) and we had trouble sleeping. We noticed the windows were replaced with new ones, so we’d recommend doing the same with the door as well to help with noise outside.
