“Great, value for money, clean and nice room”

Easy check in, lovely room and super clean. Value for money indeed!

To be improved

We only stayed one night on our commute to Portugal but it was a great stop! Bed was a little too firm for my taste but it wasn’t too bad either. Definitely recommend this place!

“Cons: We booked this hotel because it said that it had parking available, although it needed reservation. When we got to the hotel, we were informed that we could only reserve till 4pm because that’s when the front desk closed - but we reserved after 4pm, meaning there was no way we would have been able to park. This information should be disclosed more clearly, as many other people were having the exact same issue. Additionally, the online check in process can be confusing - several people were left outside their rooms (they couldn’t understand which was theirs) because they couldn’t understand the website.”

The fact they don’t have someone to receive us. Also, no garage was available even after my request. And in the end you cannot sleep the rooms are not isolated and the people talking or closing doors make your stay very uncomfortable

“Nothing. · Cons: The entrance to the hotel had police tape. The access road to the hotel was closed. Rooms are not as advertised and had no sitting area. The room was small, dark, and very gloomy with old fixtures and fittings. Paper thin walls meant to could hear every noise from neighbouring rooms. There was no staff on site when we arrived. I used the telephone number for some assistance and was greeted by the rudest gentleman that I have encountered in the hospitality world. I left 10 minutes after speaking with the helpline staff member who couldn't have been more rude if he was paid double earningd for the day and paid for another hotel room in the nearby NH Collection Palacio de Castellanos.”
