“Disappointed”

The best

Picked this hotel for a couple of reasons. 4.5*, location, food & reviews. Location great. Hotel clean and well maintained. However the food was terrible. Ate in the restaurant 1 night and had a cheese roll. Other nights we walked round it and ate elsewhere. I wasted my money on all inclusive.

“Great location”

A very good hotel centrally located near everything we did have a good time we only go bed and breakfast to this hotel which is very good and eat out during the day and night nighttime can be a bit noisy especially people coming back banging indoors and playing loud music at 11 pm but they soon gets shut down by management Because I would say this time of year it is 80% Spanish pensioners at this hotel the English start coming Easter weekend and younger clientele

“Great Location… Ruined by Terrible Staff”

My partner and I came away for a little getaway for a few days for a nice All-Inclusive Experience in the Sun. Away from the UK As You’d expect to get in Mallorca, we got decent Sunshine and a lovely room. This is about the extend of the positivity with this review. - The WiFi in the Hotel is a joke - if you are doing anything but sending a text, good luck watching anything on the TV or Streaming anything. - The Food in the Hotel is an empty promise - they advertise a different kind of food theme daily, but do not provide and moreso randomise based on what they seem to want. Desserts were bland and basic. I have been to many more All-Inclusives with better ranges - for a 4 star hotel, I expected better. The Food wasn’t even labelled correctly, so for my partner things were made much more difficult when exploring new dishes. - DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN - Most nights they served Chicken, of which inside was almost pink nearly every time. After our third night, I found myself with a very bad upset stomach. - The Post Mixes in the Hotel are terrible - they taste flat & bland - When attempting to take a small plate of food to our room after lunch one afternoon. I was stopped outside the restaurant by a rude member of staff, shouting at me in Spanish. Rather than listen to me explain myself, he resorted to calling his Manager which resulted in us having our passports taken away & a warning given - for trying to take some food to our room? Seriously, Yes. - Management are quite flippant & rude, especially towards English Guests, which is the vibe you feel the second you walk into the hotel. - Staff also called us up at 9am one morning asking for us to review the Hotel. Which was uncalled for. We were woken up and disturbed after a late night prior. - We were called by Management asking us to turn our music down when we had it at a decent volume around 10pm. Bear in mind, they had louder entertainment on downstairs and until 11:30pm. Another unnecessary action against us. We are in Magaluf not a Retirement Home. + On the other hand, The Bar Staff were all lovely. Very upbeat & Accommodating, especially the younger individuals working there. Always made us feel welcome. It is a shame, as you can tell how hard they work for Tips etc. Overall, If you are young, British & want to have a decent experience in Magaluf whilst away, do not come to the Hotel Samos.

“Pleasant stay”

The best

Me and my partner came for a 3 night stay for a short break, everything was quick and pleasant during our stay, there is plenty of food options to eat, the pools are nice, friendly staff and the facilities are good. My only negative would be the rooms were abit noisy / not very sound proof, could hear alot in the corridors or next door if they were noisy. But overall a good experience
